Competitive Scavenger hunts

All you need to do is split them into 2 or 3 groups depending on how big is your team and let them out of the office to hunt for clues. Make it fun for them for example, you can give a price for the group that finishes first, make it a competition. That way they will start bonding with each other inside the groups. Back to Back Drawing
This activity is perfect for improving the communication skills of your team. like every other activity, this requires your team to participate and it is very simple and easy to understand. All you need for this fun activity is papers and pens. Split your team into groups of two and have them sit back to back. Then give one person a simple drawing of some shapes or simple image and give the other one a blank piece of paper and pen. One with the drawing must verbally describe to the other person how exactly to draw, but he must not tell exactly what it is. After 5 or 10 minutes stop the game and tell them to show everyone the two drawings. Then when each of them has done this compare and decide which drawing was the closest to the original.
Company Logo Drawing
Most likely your company has already its logo, but that isn’t the point of this activity to create a new logo for the company but to bond and get a better understanding of your team members. Give to each member a piece of paper and a marker set the timer for 15 minutes and tell them to draw a logo for the organization. Later when the time is up, compare them and ask them what made them draw that.
